Training
Calor provides inhouse formal training sessions for up to 8 people. These training sessions are approximately two hours and are aimed at assisting the Occupational Health and Safety departments of industries such as mining. Calor can also provide onsite training if required.
Repair and Maintenance
Calor has an in-house service department that will get your product back up and running.
For products such as the Heat Stress Monitor it will require at least 5 working days as the device will always require Calibration.
Calor will provide a free quote before starting any work on your device.
Warranty
Products such as the Heat Stress Monitor are usually sold with a warranty period. During this period you are fully covered for any factory defect. But you are not covered for damage such as breakage or water ingress.
